Yesterday Bettie Page died. Yes, that Bettie Page. Miss Pinup of the World, dominatrix extraordinaire, willing camera model, who was up for anything. Sensuality poured into pretty bathing suits and lingerie, if any at all. The lady who paved the way for the sexual revolution of the roaring sixties. Also one of Hefner's first playmates.
